I am a computer engineer by profession, a teacher by vocation and a programmer by heart. For several years I have been dedicated to support individuals, teams and organizations in their transformation processes, in order to develop empowered and high performance teams, implement agile and pragmatic management models to achieve better results.

I enjoy learning and sharing what I know. By chance I came to teaching more than 13 years ago and I have taught for graduate, masters and doctoral programs. I currently teach at a business school in Latin America and the Caribbean, and for a university in Colombia. This experience accompanies me in offering programs and courses to companies and work teams.

I accompany teams and organizations in their process of evolution towards an agile, pragmatic and people-oriented culture. I have worked with teams in industries as diverse as marketing and advertising, software development, the financial and insurance sector, tax collection entities and even social enterprises.
